We are seeking to expand our team with experienced Foremen who have a passion for construction and the drive to contribute to the successful execution of our projects.
What You’ll Do:
Coordination and overall supervision of the quality of all construction works, in accordance with project specifications
Organization, coordination, and supervision of site workers and subcontractors
Timely planning of works within the project schedule
Communication and coordination with the Project Civil Engineer and other stakeholders
Collaboration with the Project Civil Engineer to provide information to the Tendering/Procurement Department for material orders
Receipt and inspection of all materials delivered to the construction site
Ensuring health and safety on site
What We’re Looking For:
At least 10 years of relevant experience in a similar position, with the last 3 years in a construction company
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Consistency, responsibility, and professionalism
Good knowledge of the Greek language (knowledge of English will be considered an additional advantage)
